Перспективний захист сітківки прекондиціюванням: огляд літератури

Сітківка людини і тварин, так само як міокард і нервова тканина головного мозку, мають значні внутрішні адаптивні механізми, які забезпечують захист клітин у несприятливих умовах. Ці ендогенні захисні механізми, які можуть збільшити опір клітин сітківки впливу шкідливих факторів, можна активувати короткочасним використанням різноманітних докритичних стимулів (ішемія, фотобіомодуляція, гіпотермія та інші), які передують ушкодженню, що отримало назву прекондиціювання. Багаторічний досвід лабораторних та клінічних досліджень продемонстрував дивовижні можливості прекондиціювання для забезпечення кардіо- та церебропротекції. Користь виявлених ефектів прекондиціонування для захисту сітківки людини ще належить оцінити, попри обнадійливі результати проведених експериментальних досліджень. В огляді літератури подано деякі аспекти вивчення та застосування ефектів прекондиціювання в різних сферах медицини; розглянуто результати лабораторних досліджень внутрішніх механізмів захисту клітин сітківки; запропоновано перспективні напрямки майбутнього можливого застосування виявлених ефектів у клінічній офтальмології з метою ретинопротекції.
