JOURNAL INFO
The journal was founded by Academician Volodymyr Filatov in 1946 and published as Oftalmologicheskii Zhurnal (0030-0675) from 1946 to 2025. From 1996 to 2025, it was also known as Journal of Ophthalmology (Ukraine).
In 2015-2025, there were online versions of the journal: Офтальмологічний Журнал (2412-8740) and Journal of Ophthalmology (Ukraine) (2413-8746).
Beginning from 2026, the journal will be renamed Ukrainian Journal of Ophthalmology.
FOUNDERS
The founders of the Ukrainian Journal of Ophthalmology are NGO "Ukrainian Society of Ophthalmologists" and SI "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine".
Ukrainian Journal of Ophthalmology is an official journal of the Ukrainian Society of Ophthalmologists and is published in collaboration with SI "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the NAMS of Ukraine".
CIRCULATION & LANGUAGES
Issues are published six times a year.
Articles are published in English/Ukrainian.
