Нарушения функций глазодвигательных (III и VI) черепных нервов, ассоциированные с активной герпесвирусной инфекцией

Анотація

Глазодвигательные нарушения (ГДН) имеют важное клинико-социальное значение. Существует группа больных с ГДН неустановленной этиологии.

Цель работы. Исследование присутствия ДНК вирусов герпеса в венозной крови пациентов с ГДН, обусловленными поражением III, VI черепных нервов (ЧН).

Материал и методы. Обследовано 35 больных с ГДН невыясненной этиологии. Анализ присутствия ДНК HSV1/2, CMV, EBV, HHV6, HHV7, VZV, HHV8 в крови проводили методом полимеразной цепной реакции.

Результаты. Из 35 обследованных пациентов с ГДН, обусловленными поражением III и VI ЧН, у 16 (45,7%) в крови выявлен HHV7, у 5 (14,3%) обнаружен EBV, у 2 (5,7%) пациентов – HHV6, у 1 пациента найден вирус HSV1/2 и еще у 1 – CMV. У 8 (22,8%) пациентов обнаружено по два вируса: EBV, HHV7 у 6 пациентов; EBV, HHV6 у 1 пациента и HHV7, HHV6 у 1 пациента; у 2 (5,7%) пациентов выявлены три вируса – EBV, HHV7, HHV6.

Заключение. При ГДН с неустановленной этиологией рекомендуется исследование венозной крови на присутствие вирусов герпеса.
