Компресійна оптична нейропатія при новоутвореннях хіазмально-селярної ділянки (огляд літератури)

Огляд присвячений проблемі компресійної оптичної нейропатії (КОН) при новоутвореннях хіазмально-селярної ділянки. КОН – складне нейроофтальмологічне захворювання, пов’язане з стисненням структур переднього відділу зорового шляху, що в більшості випадків обумовлене базальними новоутвореннями середньої та передньої черепних ямок. Компресія опто-хіазмального комплексу супроводжується зниженням гостроти зору, дефектами поля зору та розвитком первинної нисхідної атрофії зорових нервів, що при відсутності лікування призводить до стійкої втрати зору та сліпоти. Проведено аналіз літературних даних відносно поширеності та особливостей зорових порушень залежно від гістологічної будови новоутворень.
