keratoplastic, transplantation, legal regulationAbstract
The rule offered by the law, should not break the rights of the citizens guaranteed by the Constitution. Therefore, legal regulation of transplantation donor services should be based on a constitutional law priority before the positive low. Moralaesthetic, religious and other preferences cannot form the basis for the statement of this or that model of the transplantation donor services. From the point of view of a legal society it is inadmissible, that the law ignored interests of patients and limited the right guaranteed by the Constitution to reception of the medical help.
