The clinical case of the fissure orbitalis superior syndrome as an ophthalmologic manifestation of Wegener's granulomatosis is described in the paper. Modern information on etiology, epidemiology, diagnostics, clinical manifestations and tactics of treatment of this systemic disease is presented.
