CLINICAL PROGNOSTIC RISK FACTORS OF RECURRENCES IN PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT EPITHELIAL TUMORS OF THE EYELID SKIN

In 590 patients MET eyelid skin treated with combination therapy (radiotherapy + cryosurgery) descriptiveness of clinical symptoms to predict recurrence. Found that such signs as «recurrences» of the tumor at the first application to the Institute, «defeat the inner corner» eye slit, «the presence of invasion» and «tumor ulceration,» «the presence of residual tumor site» after treatment may be risk factors and increase chances of recurrence of the tumor, respectively 3,1, 3, 2,8, 2,6 and 2 times. Based on the scoring rating scale consisting of the sum of the values of all of OR patients with risk factors conducted ROC analysis to the construction of ROC — curve. The sensitivity of this estimate — low (59 %) and specificity — a higher (72 %). Therefore, some clinical features as risk factors cannot be used as a test for predicting the course of tumor, in particular, the likelihood of recurrence.
