OUR EXPERIENCE OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH AGE-RELATED MACULOPATHY

We observed 13 patients (26 eyes) with age maculopathy.
The combined treatment including micropulse stimulation of macular pigment epithelium of the retina in combination with intake ocuvite lutein forte. Was done
A monitoring study in up to 12 months in 100 % cases was an increase in visual acuity, regression of soft drusen, recovery profile of the pigment epithelium, the normalization of the optical density of macular pigment.
